history

HISTORY

1959 - K&M Associates is founded.

1995 - K&M becomes a division of American Biltrite Inc., a company founded in 1908

2001 - K&M purchases Women's division of Swank, creating Vendome Division acquires GUESS Jewelry

2003 - K&M opens office in Qingdao, China to monitor factories, production and most importantly, quality

2003 - K&M fully services Canadian retailers both directly and through Accessories Concepts, Inc.

2005 - K&M acquires Jay Jewelry, a successful Orlando, Florida based Jewelry Company

2006 - K&M becomes one of the few costume jewelry companies that are CTPAT certified

2009 - K&M opens office in Yiwu City, China

2011 - K&M licenses and launches the T Tahari Jewelry line.
